Jaguar 240 is powered by a 2.4 engine with manual steering right-hand drive and a manual transmission with DeNormanville overdrive. This Jaguar 240 was number 1200 out of 2290 vehicles manufactured in 1968 in the United Kingdom. Some history, recent overhaul of the rear axle, with new half shafts and seals. Recent full service and carburetor balance and overhaul. Also, replacement of gear change bush and new fuel pump. Bodywork is average, but it has had new sills, and underneath is solid. Comes with a replacement set of interior wood, just needs fitting. The door bottoms are tatty but all close and the windows work. Complete with spare wheel. Needs a new headliner. Original radio, not currently working. With battery isolator. A practical classic, and a good base from which to restore. (Note: Not currently running – fuel went off- being resolved as at May 2024)
