1975 Triumph TR6 pi
A wonderful example of a Superb 1975 Triumph Genuine Tr6 with 78600 miles on the clock. The body work, resprays and re-chroming to remarkably high standards matches the works that have been undertaken on every aspect of this genuine example of a remarkable original car. This is an original right hand drive car with all its original panels in fact other than the replacement of the outer cills all the wings, outer panels, chassis, doors, bonnet, boot and floors are original. The engine is the original matching numbers. The bodywork has been stripped and resprayed to a very high standard. All chrome work was removed and stripped and re-chromed by a London based specialist, the bumpers are immaculate probably the best I have ever seen, matching the rest of the car. We purchased this three years ago from a renown classic car specialist who knew the car and its heritage, all backed up by a detailed paper trail. Having undergone extensive refurbishment works, engine rebuild, chassis strip and repair, steering and suspension renewed along with a new exhaust system. The works that were not completed due to illness of the previous owner were completed by my son and supported by a number of external specialists, including complete strip and superb respray in its original French blue colour. New dashboard, full leather reupholstery designed and supplied by Aldridge Trimming including, door cards and sun visors (all in leather) In addition to which new luxury carpeting has been fitted. New fuel system and injection system was fitted that was installed and set up and certified by an injection specialist. New luxury carpet and sound proofing throughout. This is a remarkable car that is stunning to look at a wonderful drive. The car drives beautifully its robust yet responsive and the noise when you open it up is breathtaking.
