Privacy notice
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
ULEZ Classic is operated by Rogerson Group. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests, email ulezclassic@rogergroup.xyz.
What we collect and why
- Contact enquiries: your name, email, and message so we can handle your request. Netlify processes and stores form submissions and sends us a notification.
- Listing alerts: your email and optional make preference. MailerLite sends the confirmation email and manages your subscription; you can unsubscribe from any message.
- Site measurement: Google Analytics receives usage data only after the relevant consent is granted. Consent defaults to denied.
We use this information to provide the service you requested, operate the site, and understand aggregate site performance. We do not sell personal data.
Insurance phone referrals
Our insurance partner is Adrian Flux. The referral button opens your phone app so you can call Adrian Flux directly and quote R8. We do not collect quote details, record the call or send your contact or vehicle details to the broker. Information you give Adrian Flux is handled under its own privacy notice.
Our existing site measurement can record an insurance-button click, the page, the placement and referral code under the site's analytics consent settings. A click does not tell us whether you completed a call or bought a policy. We may receive payment for successful introductions.
Third parties and retention
Our providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. We keep enquiry data only while it is useful for handling and documenting the request, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Listing links take you to independent sites whose privacy terms apply there.
You may ask what data we hold, request a copy, correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We may update this notice when the service changes.
