ULEZ Classic is operated by Rogerson Group. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests, email ulezclassic@rogergroup.xyz.
What we collect and why
- Contact enquiries: your name, email, and message so we can handle your request. Netlify processes and stores form submissions and sends us a notification.
- Listing alerts: your email and optional make preference. MailerLite sends the confirmation email and manages your subscription; you can unsubscribe from any message.
- Site measurement: Google Analytics receives usage data only after the relevant consent is granted. Consent defaults to denied.
We use this information to provide the service you requested, operate the site, and understand aggregate site performance. We do not sell personal data. The insurance enquiry service is closed and we do not currently share insurance leads with a partner.
Third parties and retention
Our providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. We keep enquiry data only while it is useful for handling and documenting the request, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Listing links take you to independent sites whose privacy terms apply there.
You may ask what data we hold, request a copy, correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We may update this notice when the service changes.
